Lugo
The Lugo site, located between the city centre of Choisy-le-Roi and the Ardoines sector, aims to integrate these changing metropolitan cogs into the territory. A point of articulation, at the centre of north-south thinking, it is a question of linking the Lugo sector to the various existing and future urban polarities, in line with the studies that have been carried out to date.
The Lugo site must respond to localized urban challenges while satisfying the expectations of a territory with much broader ambitions.
The Lugo sector is currently part of a unique context due to its scale, structure and the resources made available. However, its modest scale makes it an operational sector whose transformation must begin gradually in the months and years to come.
