Film produced as part of the pre-operational urban study of Lugo in Choisy-le-Roi (22 hectares) which questions the challenges of change, development and diversification of a predominantly commercial territory and activities part of metropolitan dynamics. 50 interview sessions with institutional players, residents and users of the neighborhood compiled in a themed film, accompanying the diagnostic deliverable.
