The National Museum of Design in Sejong provides our team with an excellent opportunity to explore the relationship between design and architecture. This duality quickly led us to reflect on avant-garde architects such as those from Superstudio.
The grid, initially used simply as a graphic tool to shape volumes, later emerged as an obvious architectural model for achieving maximum modularity. It is an expression of deliberately minimalist and abstract architecture in the service of design.
