The image, welcoming the JOP2024 is a strong gesture in terms of change of image and visibility of the site. Our site development proposals during JOP 2024 will match the ambition of this decisive choice. We will endeavor to develop an exemplary environmental project.
The quality of public spaces: because a good program is not enough if the quality of the public spaces designed and built is not there. It is this quality that will establish the project over time and generate mixed uses in this neighborhood.
Opening up the ZAC Saulnier is essential to assert it as a welcoming place for JOP2024 as well as for the establishment of the future residential district. It is therefore necessary to reconnect the ZAC to its urban context by reconsidering its urban hooks, but also by establishing a dialogue with the urban landscape.
